Who is smarter, human being or artificial intelligence(AI, 人工智能)？The question swept the world a few months ago. In March 2016, AlphaGo, an AI program developed by Google, had the Go(围棋) match with Lee Sedol, a South Korean Go player. He is the world top player of this old Chinese game.
    In October 2015, AlphaGo became the first computer program to beat a professional(职业的) human Go play er. And this time, it beat Lee Sedol 4-1.
   In fact, before the match, most people believed that Lee would certainly be the winner, because they didn’t think that AI was good enough to beat the human mind. However, the result was disappointing. As a machine, AlphaGo would never get tired, while Lee Sedol was only a human and humans must have some weaknesses. 
   AlphaGo’s wins over a human champion(冠军) show that computers can do more difficult tasks. Some people may worry whether  computers are now smart enough to beat us at everything. But scientists say that is not the case. Real life problems can be more difficult than the Go game. Thomas Johnson, a scientist of AI said, “It’s not hard to get a computer program to remember and produce facts. What is hard is getting computers to use knowledge in everyday situation. ” We believe we can use the technology of AI to improve the world.

    Everyone has a beautiful memory about school which is hard to forget. Among many things, relationships are the hardest to leave behind. Some schools try to stop students’ puppy love in different ways. Anything about “love” relationship is not allowed. For example, a middle school in Fu’an, Fujian Province forbids (禁止) boys and girls to sit together for meals and forbids boys to look at girls for a long time; a middle school in Luohe, Henan Province sets rules that boys and girls should meet in bright places with at least 5 other classmates, and if they meet in private they will be asked to go home with parents for more than a week and even advised to leave school; a middle school in Jinan,Shandong Province forbids everyone to send food and gifts to or receive them form the opposite sex (异性). It also forbids students to help the opposite sex with bags and coats and requires a “44 cm” distance between boys and girls.
     Some students are not satisfied with such rules. “Why should we have strict places for different sexes to eat? It’s not using bathrooms!” Some people who care about the intelligence development of the students say that they should be more creative with fewer rules. For this, I’d like to say that middle school students are going through puberty (青春期). It’s normal for them to have some feelings for the opposite sex. Schools should provide correct guidance and education instead of giving simple and cruel rules and asking the students to follow.   

    Have you ever dreamed about sending a letter to yourself or your friends in the future? While express mail(快递) is a fast way to send your letters, there is another type of mail appearing in China as a new business—future mail.
  “The letter should be sent next Mother’s Day  and not a day earlier!” Lin Xiaofan, a college student in Shanghai, tells one of the companies offering the service.
    Lin Xiaofan wrote the letter to her mother nearly a year earlier to express her love to her mother for next Mother’s Day.
  “Offering this service makes people slow down and lets them understand the meaning of ‘time’ in another way,” said Zheng Zhimin, manager at a “future mail” company. Zheng thinks “future mail” letters help remind us of care, friendship and love.
    While “future mail” is becoming more and more popular, some people are wondering what will happen if the postal address changes or if the company goes broken before the letters arrive.
    Zheng said customers are glad to sign a contract(签订合同) to make sure that they can be compensated if their letters are lost or damaged.
    Most of the customers are college students and young white-collar(白领) workers. Psychologists (心理学家) said that young Chinese might have a new way to express their feelings through this service. Most people put their hopes and wishes in the letter so that they can experience the connection(联系) between the past and the present when they receive the letter.
